Entrance and Foyer
•You enter the home from street level without any stairs, which is uncommon in most San Francisco homes. As you enter you cannot help but notice the antique light fixtures. From the foyer you can easily access the elevator to any level of the home. The foyer is perfectly situated with a view toward the living room and the sweeping views or the beautiful staircase to the upper levels. •Perfectly situated for capturing wonderful morning sun, this room is an extension of the kitchen, comfortable and will easily accommodate all your less formal eating arrangements.
•Extending from the foyer or easily accessible through the beautifully designed archway from the kitchen, this elegantly appointed space for formal dining could comfortably seat twelve guests for dinner parties. Bedrooms 2 & 3
•These well-sized rooms are positioned toward the front of the home, each with wonderful south light and good closet space.
•Convenient to both bedrooms on this floor, this lovely bathroom is well equipped with a sink vanity, shower over tub, Waterworks fixtures and a marble floor.
•This well sized bedroom is also toward the front of the home. Conveniently located outside this room is bathroom 3, which has a sink and shower over tub.
Bedroom 5 (with Bathroom 4)

Bedroom 6 (currently used as a 2nd Home Office)
•This room is currently being used as a second home office and is equipped with wall-to-wall built-in desks and shelving. If needed, it can be easily converted to another bedroom. In the closet there is a pull-down ladder accessing the roof.
•This room is smaller than the others but is still very suitable as a bedroom, home office or other uses depending on your needs. Wonderful morning light as it faces east. There is a stacking washer and dryer in one of the closets for added convenience.
•This room is very large and is completely covered with white oak paneling. It is used as a media room as it houses the large TV, which is completely hidden behind a panel that rises into the ceiling by remote control and of course is surround sound as well. For your convenience, there is direct access to the level play area right outside the double doors.
